Hello,
Open the File menu, Layout, then click on the Layout tab. Check the box for Different first page under the Header and Footer section. Confirm by clicking OK.
Then, create your header while on the first page of your document.

Thank you for this response, it's important to know that you must first check the box and then modify the header.
