Maintenant on reprend :
1-Télécharges SmitfraudFix de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

installes SmitfraudFix à la racine de C\ (cad directement sur ton disk dur et non dans un dossier comme "windows" ou "programme file" ... )

2-Déconnectes toi (coupe ta connexion internet), désactives AntiVir ( c.a.d. le mettre en vieille , pas le désinstalé ! )

3-double clique sur l'exe pour le décompresser et lancer le fix ( le prg si tu préfère) .
4-on est dans le prg.

*Utilisation -----choisir option 1 - Recherche :

*Double clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd . Sélectionnes 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

une fois finis,réactives ton antvirus , reconnectes toi à internet

Postes le rapport ( qui se trouve normalement à la racine de C\, c'est un fichier texte nommé "rapport" )

Ne fais rien d'autre et attends le reste des opérations .

bon travail ; ensuite cela ne devrai plus être un mistère pour toi :

Suite de la manipe ( nettoyage ), fait exactement ce qui suit :

* Redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode sans échec .
Comment aller en Mode sans échec
1) Redémarre ton ordi
2) Tapote la touche F8 immédiatement, (F5 sur certains PC: le tient par exemple ;) ) juste après le "Bip"
3) Tu verras un écran avec options de démarrage apparaître
4) Choisis la première option : Sans Échec, et valide avec "Entrée"
5) Choisis ton compte habituel, et non Administrateur (si besoin ... )

*Double click sur SmitfraudFix.exe

* Sélectionner 2 et presser Entrée dans le menu pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.

* A la question: Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ? répondre O (oui) et presser Entrée afin de débloquer
le fond d'écran et supprimer les clés de registre de l'infection.

* Le correctif déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté.
* A la question: "Corriger le fichier infecté ?" répondre O (oui) et presser Entrée
pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.

* Un redemarrage sera peut être nécessaire pour terminer la procedure de nettoyage.

Le rapport se trouve à la racine de C:\
(dans le fichier rapport.txt)

postes moi ce dernier rapport dans ton prochain message .

ps : n'oublis pas , en mode sans échec , pas de connexion ! Donc copies ou imprimes bien les info ci-dessus :)

j'ai fait les manips, je t'envoie le rapport.
Et on revoit ça demain.
Par contre à la fin de l'analyse, j'ai bien eu la question si "je voulais nettoyer le registre",j'ai fait Yes, mais ensuite je n'ai pas vu celle de "corriger le ficher infecté".
Je réessaye la manip pour voir, en attendant demain!

Salut à toi,
passons à la suite si tu veux bien .

Télécharge ToolsCleaner (de A.Rothstein) sur ton Bureau.
http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe
Ferme toute application en court
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer ( cela peut être un peut long , laisses faire ... )
Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
(tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives )

se petit soft va te nettoyer tout les trucs dont on c'est servi pour la désinfection ( y compris Hijackthis ... )

Enuite suprime le dossier : C / programme / Trend Micro ( qui doit être vide )

Puis on va retélécharger HijackThis en le renomment :

click DOIT ici : ftp://ftp.commentcamarche.com/download/HJTInstall.exe
choisis dans le déroulant "enregister la cible sous ... " et click gauche dessus .Choisis enregistrer dans : bureau . Puis changes le nom en "Mon-J" (c'est un expl.) , puis click sur "enregistrer" .

Double click sur "Mon-J" pour lancer l'instale . Une fois l'instale terminée click sur le raccourci Hijack et fait un nouveau scan . Enfin , postes moi le nouveau rapport obtenu .

quand je suis allée dans C/programme/Trend micro (n'était pas vide, il y avait encore Hijackthis, j'ai dù le supprimer et ensuite supprimer Trend Micro
Est-ce que ça y joue? Du fait que j'ai encore des pubs CID qui apparaissent? c'est la 3e depuis...

Sur ton écran ,pointes ta souris sur l'onget "Outils " en haut à droite ( à côter il y a un de petit icone en forme de roue cranter ) et click gauche .
descend sur l'option" blocqueur de fenêtres pub. intempestives " , une petite fenêtre s'ouvre :
y-a-t'il écrit sur la premier ligne " désactiver le bloqueur ... " ou " activer le bloqueur " ?

OK ... les paramètres de ce côté la sont bons ...

Essayons ce-ci :
Télécharge
SDFix sur ton bureau
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe.

* Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install
Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat (icone avec la roue cranter) pour lancer le script ou le prg si tu veux).
Tape Y pour lancer le script.
Le Fix supprime les services du virus et nettoie le registre, de ce fait un redémarrage est nécessaire
Presse une touche pour redémarrer quand il te le sera demandé ...

Le PC va mettre du temps avant de démarrer, presse une touche lorsque "Finished" s'affiche .

Ouvre le dossier C/:SDFix et copie/colle le contenu du fichier "Report.txt"qui s'y trouve pour le poster dans ta prochaine réponse ...

1 - ce n'est pas le bon rapport que tu m'as posté ( c'est un Hijacthis )
2- recommence la manipe et au momment voulut tape Y puis Entrée pour lancer le fix .

je n'arrive pas à te poster le rapport, je fais un copier/coller d'un rapport extrement long et au final c'est hijackthis aui apparait!
1- lorsque je double clique sur Runthis pour lancer le script, il me propose de taper sur : A,B,C,D, U /1,2,3,4. Pas de Y. j'ai essayé de taper Y rien ne se passe. J'ai donc tapé A et un tres long rapport est sorti, à la suite je n'ai pas fais de redemarrage, car je n'ai pas eu de demande!
