Bonjour,
j'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide, je ne sais pas comment m'en sortir
je vous explique, tt d'abord, qd je fais une recherche sur google, il me redirige vers d'autres pages qui n'ont rien à voir....ensuite internet rame de la mort !!! je dois avoir chopé une saloperie de virus mais sais pas comment m'en debarrasser et ce que c
j'ai pu lire un peu ce que vous ecriviez sur le forum mais je ne comprends pas tt, suis pas une bete en info

arrête de poster des rapports hijackthis tout zazimutte ! on sait de quoi tu es infecté ! :)

Ecoute et fais ce que l'on te dis, on le fait pour toi tu sais ! on te demande de poster le rapport, tu ne l'a pas fais ! on n'avance donc pas !

Oui tu as encore des virus puisque tu ne fais pas ce que l'on te demande ! ou alors tu n'y arrives pas ? dans ce cas, il suffit de demander !

on m'a déjà ddé de faire ca, le rapport de fixwareout mais j'ai déjà répondu que ca ne marchait pas, je ne pouvais pas le lancer car il me mettait qu'il y avait un probleme avec la version de windows apparremment !!!! (cf messages au dessus) et jpljpl m'a déjà répondu à ce sujet qu'il s'en doutait et m'a donné d'autres instructions à faire, que j'ai faites !!!!
mais là je ne sais plus koi faire, on me dde toujours de faire la meme chose

Je viens de re-reprendre le poste, et je ne vois nul part où tu dis que le scan avec fixwareout ne fonctionne pas ?! ...

refais exactement ceci stp :

* Désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (le réactiver à la fin de la désinfection) :
* Aller dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
* Double Cliquer sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs
* Cliquer ensuite sur désactiver et valider.
* Démarrer en mode sans échec
* Faire un clic-droit sur fixwareout présent sur le bureau et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

# Lancer le fix : cliquer sur Next, puis Install, s’assurer que l’option Run fixit est activée puis cliquer sur Finish.
# Il sera demandé ensuite de redémarrer l’ordinateur : redémarrer le.
# Si le système met un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.
# Le contenu du rapport qui s'affichera à l'écran sera enregistrai dans un fichier nommé report.txt.

donc je viens de reessayer et je confirme.....il me met "unsupported windows vesrion" qd je lance fixwareout !!!!
j'ai pourtant fait tt ce que tu m'as ddé

redémarre en mode sans échec, lance smitfraud et choisis l'option 5

et poste le rapport stp

Dézippe l'archive sur ton Bureau.
Ouvre le dossier BTFix.
Double clique sur BTFix.exe.
Clique sur Rechercher.
Un rapport va apparaître, copie/colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

# vas Démarrer > Panneau de configuration > Connexions > clique droit sur la connexion > Propriétés > onglet Gestion de réseau
# Mettre en surbrillance Protocole Internet (tcp/ip) puis cliquer sur le bouton Propriétés.
# Dans les options (serveur DNS préféré et serveur DNS auxiliaire) on trouvera une de ces adresses présentes dans le rapport hijackthis en ligne 017 ( exemple : 85.255.115.5 85.255.112.20 )
# Pour les éliminer, cocher : Obtenir les adresses des serveurs DNS automatiquement puis cliquer 2 fois sur Ok et redémarrer le PC. Merci à Incognito02 pour cette astuce ;-)

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

appuie simultanement sur la touche vista et sur r > la boite executer va s´ouvrir...

tape cmd et valide par ok

dans la fenetre noir tape ceci : ipconfig /flushdns et valide par entree

puis a l´aide de hijack this fix :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

et recommence

si il ne veut toujours pas

essaie en mode sans echec :

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?

Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

j´avais pas vu l´integralité du hijack this, je croyais qu´il ne restaient plus que les 017

il se peux que les infections soient liés, enfin c´est meme sur...

genre apres avoir virer les autres il sera surement plus facile de virer les 017. Le mieux c´est de tous supprimer en meme temps !
