Msn Virus - Is that you in the picture? Solved

Question

Hello,
A friend was on MSN and she received a message saying it's you in this photo + followed by a link with her email in it, she clicked and it seems to be a program that modifies the DOS or the BIOS, I’m not sure, and since then she has been sending messages to everyone... it looks like a little virus that sends exactly the same message to her contacts, how can she remove it?

My friend installed the software and I think she doesn't have antivirus... she turned off her computer and it showed Physical memory dump completed. When she turned it on, it said that some files were lost... She logged into MSN and can only talk to one contact, what should she do?

Antivir, it seems that it's recommended as an antivirus. I heard someone who knows about it say that. So you're right, ANTIVIR.

I have Avast as my antivirus and I also have CCleaner, and my computer was still infected by MSN viruses, so I had to format my computer. So be careful on MSN.
