Virus trojan

Bonjour,
J'ai contracté le virus trojan sur mon portable. Je l'ai découvert lors d'un scan avec avast en utilisant le mode sans echec, car plus aucune icones sur le bureau ni barre de tache. et une UC utilisée à 100%.
Quelqu'un peut il m'aider?

Voilà les deux rapports antivir et hijakthis. Je n'ai fait que mettre les virus en quarantaine. Quelle est la marche à suivre pour mettre de l'ordre dans ce micro?

tu les as mis en quarantaine, c'est trés bien c'est ce qu'il fallait faire.
Bon ton hijackthis est plus propre, encore quelques lignes inutiles ou néfaste, que tu va fixer en mode sans echec :

Pour démarrer en mode sans échec :

1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur.
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
3/ -Au début du chargement du BIOS (mais pas trop tôt), commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier plusieurs fois de suite. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaissent.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

Une fois sous windows

Fixe les lignes dans Hijackthis :

Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked".

Le problème c'est qu'a chaque fois qu'il redemarre , antivir détecte toujours le même virus, deux fois, que je suis obligé de mettre en quarantaine. Il y a un moyen pour supprimer cela?

Le problème c'est qu'a chaque fois qu'il redemarre , antivir détecte toujours le même virus, deux fois, que je suis obligé de mettre en quarantaine. Il y a un moyen pour supprimer cela?

Aprés avoir parlé avec Juninho, ne fait pas ce qui est dis juste au dessus. post <25>

Fait plutot un AVG puis un Ccleaner en mode sans echec :

Pour démarrer en mode sans échec :

1/ -Démarrez Windows, ou s’il s’exécute, fermez Windows puis éteignez l'ordinateur.
2/ -Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
3/ -Au début du chargement du BIOS (mais pas trop tôt), commencez à appuyer sur la touche F8 de votre clavier plusieurs fois de suite. Procédez ainsi jusqu'à ce que le menu des options avancées de Windows apparaissent.
4/ -En utilisant les flèches de votre clavier, sélectionnez "Mode sans échec" dans le menu puis appuyez sur Entrée.

- Télécharger et installer AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 (si tu ne l'as pas déjà).

Lancer AVG Anti-Spyware.
Cliquer sur le menu Mise à jour.
Dans le paragraphe "Mise à jour manuelle", cliquer sur le bouton "Commencer la mise à jour".
Attendre la fin de cette mise à jour puis fermer le programme.

- Lance AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5

Cliquer sur le menu" Analyse" (de la barre d'outils).
Cliquer sur l'onglet "Paramètres".
Dans "Comment réagir"? cliquer sur "Actions recommandées" et choisir "Quarantaine".
Dans Comment faire l'analyse ? et dans Programmes potentiellement dangereux, vérifier que toutes les cases soient cochées.
Vérifier que le bouton-radio "Générer un rapport après chaque analyse" soit aussi coché.
Dans l'onglet "Analyse"
Cliquer sur "Analyse complète du système".
Important : Ne pas ouvrir de fenêtre, ne pas lancer de programme pendant l'exécution de AVG Anti-Spyware, car cela pourrait interférer avec le processus de recherche.
Très important : A la fin de l'analyse, cocher tout ce qui a été trouvé puis cliquer sur " Appliquer toutes les actions"
Ensuite.
Cliquer sur "Enregistrer le rapport". Ceci génère un rapport en fichier texte qui se trouve dans le dossier Reports du dossier d'AVG Anti-Spyware.
(C:\Programfiles\Grisoft\AVG Antispyware 7.5\Reports )
Puis fermer AVG Anti-Spyware.

Clique sur Options, Avancé et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Ne touche pas aux autres réglages.
Lancer un nettoyage et répare 3 fois les erreurs
sans installer la barre yahoo.

Aprés, va dans l'onglet Registre puis cherche les erreurs
une fois terminé, Répare les erreurs selectionnées

Non c'est pas grave, par contre fait le post <26>
Démarre en mode sans echec, lance un AVG puis un Ccleaner.

Bon, j'ai essayé d'appliquer la procédure, pour avg, j'ai configuré les actions sur quarantaine et j'ai coché la case pour créer le rapport en fin d'analyse. l'analyse a effectivement trouvé deux virus dangereux, le BSD/delf.dbu et un trojen.
A la fin j'ai bien cliqué sur appliquer les actions, mais impossible de cliquer sur créer un rapport!

J'ai été voir dans le répertoire d'avg et je n'ai trouvé qu'un fichier txt qui s'appelle errror bloc notes. voici ce fichier:

J'ai voulu ensuite utiser ccleaner, CCleaner n'est pas accessible en mode sans echec. Je ne sais donc pas si je peux l'utiliser en mode normal.

Salut,

Fait le Ccleaner sous windows en mode normal dans ce cas.
Une fois que tu l'as fait, dis moi si tu as encore des alertes,
Si ton PC a d'autre problèmes, ralentissement, messages d'erreurs etc...

salut!
j'ai fait un Ccleaner en mode normal et visiblement, antivir détecte toujours les deux mêmes virus au demarrage et parfois même à un moment quelconque de l'utilisation.
Ils ont l'air de pas vouloir se laisser bouger!
Il reste des choses à faire?

Salut,

Dis toi que t'en qu'il reste des virus, il reste des choses a faire :

bitdefender en ligne :

Utilise Internet Explorer
accepte l'active X
la barre anti pop-up du SP2 (en haut) se met à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X"

http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan_fr/scan8/ie.html

- Cliquer sur J'accepte
- Start Scan
- Une fois terminé, Dans l'onglet "Problèmes détectés"
- "Cliquer ici pour exporter le rapport"
- Enregistrer sur le bureau (choisir un nom)
- Fermer le scan
- Ouvrir le fichier enregistré le copier/coller sur le forum.

bonjour et désolé pour le retard.

J'ai essayé par deux fois le scan en ligne bitdefender. à chaque fois, l'ordi à planté en plein milieu du scan et donc sans aucune génération de fichier. A la deuxième fois, au redémarrage anitivir ne s'est pas mis en route, résultat: les problèmes initiaux d'absence d'icones sur le bureau sont de nouveau là. Avec la différence que même en mode sans echec je n'ai plus d'icônes ni de barre de tâche. Heureusement en mode normal, j'ai acces au gestionnaire de tâches de windows. Que puis je faire maintenant?

Je t´ai vu poster, étant devant mon écran; je fais une proposition :

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

bonjour, je prend en cour la conversation, j'ai exactement le meme probleme que toi et j'ai tout tester : avg, ccleaner, spybot, antivir, bitdefender (jusqu'a la fin), adaware, combofix....rien a faire donc je suis prenneur pour tout remede miracle :) Merci

Tu devrais créer ton propre topic pour que quelqu'un puisse t'aider.
Explique bien ton problème, et les logiciels que tu as utilisé, ainsi que les différents rapports.

salut, je fais du dépannage sur une machine qui n'est pas la mienne. L'antivirus était avast qui ne signaler rien du tout, j'ai installer antiviris et il a détécter près de 400 virus!
Le probleme est qu'il yen a qui persiste (un BDS/delf.dbu.1) qui se cacherait sous un fichier .exe que j'ai réussi avec du mal a supprimer en mode sans echec mais le virus est toujours la, a chaque redémarage 2 message d'antivir.
Je sais pas si ca a un rapport mais je n'arrive plus a accéder au menu suppression de programme (sauf en mode sans echec), winrar ne marche plus ....C'est la bazar!!!
