He probably meant FILLED WITH NONSENSE!

He’s not wrong… also be careful of emails from PayPal, banks, or other organizations asking you to log in… those are fake sites that retrieve your credentials!!

Be careful with your emails... if you don’t know the sender or if you haven’t requested anything, delete them!

Never open NEVER the attachments you receive from strangers, that’s how viruses spread!

Actually, FW & TR mean that it’s a message that has been received by someone who forwarded it to you!
As for viruses, I don’t really know, but my dad, who is pretty knowledgeable about computers, says that yes, it could be viruses, and I’m not saying otherwise! However, be careful of senders you don’t know, and some messages telling you that if you don’t send this message to all your contacts, you will lose your MSN account, or that sending this message will help save someone’s life, because those are just tricks to collect people’s addresses to later send them ads or stuff like that. And most of the time, these are chains that have been circulating for quite a while, like the one saying that the little girl ... has to die if she doesn’t get a lung transplant, so with some of them, it works, but come on, you shouldn't take people for fools either!!

for me it means spam and spam can contain anything

anyway as long as there is no specific subject from the person or if that person is not in my address book it is immediately deleted
