Traveler DC5 camera won't turn on anymore

Good evening, I really have no luck with cameras :'l

My Traveler camera won’t turn on anymore. In fact, to turn it on I need to slide the cover. However, yesterday no matter how much I slid it, it wouldn’t turn off. I then waited for it to turn off automatically and since then it won’t turn back on. I want to clarify that it hasn’t suffered any shock and that the cover is slightly stuck (it doesn’t go all the way) but I can’t manage to unstick it.

    Hello,

    It's difficult to identify and troubleshoot this type of mechanical failure remotely. Have it checked by the technical service of the dealer.

    UPDATE: it's working again, I just had to clear the cache a bit... after all, it's still an old camera (2006!). Now I hope this won't be a temporary solution...
