Outlook issue

Hello everyone,

I use Outlook for my professional email via IMAP, with an address hosted by o2switch. I'm experiencing quite a few synchronization and search issues, and I'm wondering if my mailbox might be full?

I use Outlook to keep all my emails, which I organize into different folders, as it’s my primary work tool on a daily basis.

Would you be able to help me with this issue, or recommend a knowledgeable community to turn to? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
