My comments on my Orange portal are stuck but not

Hello, I apologize first if I am not in the right forum, but I am not an expert; I specify that I am on W10 and that I use Mozilla Firefox; when I go to my Orange portal and want to send comments, I click on send and it just keeps loading indefinitely; these comments no longer go through; I tried on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and the result is the same; I called Orange, they took note and should call me back in a few days; I would like, if possible, to get help quickly.     It is possible that the issue is not specific to Mozilla Firefox, but rather a problem with the Orange website itself or a pop-up blocker or ad blocker causing this issue.

    Try temporarily disabling your ad blocker or pop-up blocker and see if the problem persists.

    You can also test with Firefox's safe mode to see if one of your extensions or Firefox customizations is causing the issue:

    1. Click the menu button
    2. Select "Help"
    3. Click on "Restart with Add-ons Disabled".
