Storage issue after failed ISO mount

Hello,

I have a problem with an ISO file; when I try to mount it, it doesn't work, and moreover, its failed installation is taking up space on my PC running Windows 11.

I would like to know how to find the parts that are taking up space on the hard drive so that I can delete them and try to mount it again because with my failed attempts, I hardly have any free space left.

      hello, sorry I'm not very used to forums and my computer skills leave something to be desired...

      for the ISO it's from the dragon ball sparking zero game, I double-clicked on it and after a few minutes nothing happens and yet I've noticed that my main hard drive c: of 275 GB is filled with about 25 GB

    Hello

    a mounted iso does not allow access to the executable, so it installs nothing

    of course if you keep downloading infected files it fills up a disk or more
