Office license validation issue with number 0805 110235

Hello
I called this number to get the confirmation ID.
I followed the procedure but didn't receive the SMS with the URL in time (almost 24 hours later) and I got "link expired" to request an ID again.
I called the number again but when asked to enter a 3-digit code for verification, it responded "sorry that doesn't match" and this happened 3 times before hanging up and asking to repeat the operation. I made sure that the numbers announced were the ones displayed.
I did this several times. Same responses.
I don't understand where the problem comes from. Is my mobile number blocked? What should I do?
Thank you for giving me your opinion and suggestions to resolve this.

Hello,
To summarize the exchanges, you need to contact this license vendor. It's up to him to provide you with the procedure and the correct number according to the license sold.
Hello
I received the response from customer service:
Actually, we need to wait for the 3 digits to be given to us before we start typing them, and then it works well.
I receive the requested SMS to enter the installation ID...
However, I still have some issues, and I have read the numbers to enter before confirming (44 years in IT pays off)
We'll eventually get there!
Good evening,
You do not specify who and why. Therefore, we have no idea who this number concerns or what it corresponds to.
What is the connection with Bugs and suggestions CCM? None. I may move it to consumption and internet.
Sincerely.
Hello,
This is a Microsoft license activation number, but we cannot be certain as it may vary depending on the product (Windows, Office), the type of license (Retail, Volume), and the country.
I don’t see anywhere that mentions entering a 3-digit code or anything about SMS.
This may be a procedure related not to Microsoft but to the license seller who sends the key, so you should reach out to them.
Indeed, I bought an Office Pro 2021 license from Rakuten and I received a message from KRZ-shop with the activation key.
The procedure sent, indeed, does not refer to a 3-digit code to enter just after step 1.
But that is exactly what is being asked of me. Why?
The number 0805110235 is not my seller's number but Microsoft's.
I asked him the question but he replied, "Did you follow the procedure?" and yes, I did, and since then, nothing despite my follow-up.
I know, and I provided the procedure, which you can see does not request such a code at any point.
Therefore, the question has nothing to do with Microsoft, except as I mentioned, if the wrong activation channel was chosen (for volume license if Retail or vice versa), it is up to the seller to indicate what is appropriate according to what they sold.
In any case, it is the license seller to whom one should address, the one I contacted provided me with a clear notice, a screenshot excerpt, and of course a license key, by email in my case; you mention a text message in the case of your seller.
We might assume that the installation was done with a Microsoft account rather than a local account, which would be contradictory?
Assuming to the extreme that I called from a landline (which wasn't my case), Microsoft would be unable to send me a text message, and I don't even know if a call from a mobile phone records the number and is able to do so.
Hello, the solution is really simple but it's not your fault: When you call one of the two phone numbers from Office to activate anything, Windows 11, Office Mac, or Office PC, you hear the voice server asking if you agree to have your conversation recorded, option 1 or 2 for no, then the voice quickly delivers its speech. And finally, comes the moment when you're asked to enter the 3 digits to verify something or other. You should not enter the digits while she is speaking. You just need to wait until she is finished and then enter the 3 digits. And she moves on to the next step. I also tested it twice before having the idea above. Have a nice day.
hello
thank you for reassuring me about my ability to use a voice server.
You are right, we need to wait to have the numbers before we start entering them.
And in the course of operations, we should not accept receiving a text message with a URL link, we need to continue on the voice server and also wait until we have heard the end of the message before entering the various blocks.
I eventually managed to do it and it's validated.
Thank you again for your response. I hope this will be helpful to others.
Have a nice day
