"No Signal" SIM card and 4G integrated DELL Laptop

Hello everyone, I need to insert a SIM card into a laptop equipped with 4G to have internet everywhere. I have a few rare laptops that are already equipped. And when I insert any SIM card, it asks me for the PIN code but there’s no network. So, I took 2 newer laptops that I have which already have SIM card slots and are pre-equipped with 3G antennas. However, there’s also the chip that needs to be installed in the computer, which is a kind of 4G Network Card that connects to a specific slot where the antennas, which are already integrated and pre-installed, are connected.

So, I ordered this new compatible DELL 4G chip. It fits well in the slot, I connected the antennas to it, everything is working fine, and it is well detected in the computer. It then prompts me to insert a SIM card; I place the SIM card in the designated slot on the laptop, and that works too, and I indeed have the computer asking me for the PIN code. Once the PIN code is entered and accepted, still the same, no network.
I checked with my two operators, one is with NRJ Mobile and the other with Bouygues Telecom; both are supposed to work on PCs, and Bouygues confirms that data can indeed work on a computer.

I also tried enabling or disabling roaming, disabling Wi-Fi and Bluetooth simultaneously to see if that posed a problem, I attempted to enter APN information from both operators, but I am offered very little to enter apart from the APN name and any potential username and password, but nothing regarding MMS or anything else.

This does not solve the issue.

I thought I saw on a forum in English that the card might need to be initialized for it to be detected and validated on the networks.

But apparently, this information is false, especially since I can access the IMEI number of my LTE Network Card (3G/4G). Do you have a solution?
