Photoscape is no longer working, do you know why? I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, but nothing is working, I can't even close the window.

thank you, that's what I reinstalled..but everything is in English and I don't know what to choose wanting to go for the free version..while getting the simplest plan..
moreover, my antivirus is telling me there are risks so I'm lost.
