I have sound on NETFLIX but not on the other channels?

I must have made a bad manipulation on my remote, because I no longer have sound on all channels except for NETFLIX.

My television is a SAMSUNG MODEL UE55H6400; I've tried quite a few things (I've changed the batteries, I've reset the remote, I've unplugged everything), all without any effect.

Thank you for helping me with this problem that seems unsolvable at my level.

    I'm answering myself, as everything has returned to normal.

    I simply unplugged the power supply, after a night of sleep I plugged it back in, then I turned off the TV for about fifteen minutes, then I turned it back on and everything returned to normal.
