Sound problem on PC region Île-de-France Unowhy Y13

Hello, I received a new Unowhy Y13 PC because the old one was broken. Initially, the sound of the computer worked perfectly with administrator rights, but at the moment I did all the steps to remove the administrator rights (that is to say, downloading Windows 10 on another PC, entering the BIOS of the regional computer, reinstalling Windows, etc... in short, I did everything that YouTube videos told me to do to get administrator rights on the Ile-de-France regional computers) I have no sound anymore (see attached photo). I tried installing Realtek drivers but to no avail, it doesn't work. Yet, as I mentioned earlier, before I reset the computer, the sound was working fine.
