Unable to upload photos to Marketplace

Hello,

I'm trying to create listings for sale on Marketplace and I'm unable to upload JPG format photos regardless of the photo's weight.

What appears is a random colored image.

I can't find any help on Facebook or Marketplace!

Do you have any suggestions or explanations?

    4. Ensure that the image is in a resolution supported by Facebook. The maximum recommended resolution is 2048 x 2048 pixels.
    5. Try resizing your photos. Sometimes, oversized photos can cause import issues.
    6. Check if the problem persists by testing with a different internet connection.
