Hello
I own the Xiaomi Redmi 12 Pro, I want to connect it to my PC to transfer documents, my PC recognizes it, it is connected but I can't access the documents or applications.
I have changed the USB cable and the USB port and it doesn't make any difference.
Thank you for your help

Hello!

It is possible that your phone's settings are not configured to allow file access. When you connect your phone to your computer via a USB cable, a notification should appear on your phone asking you to allow access to the device's files. You need to select "File Transfer" or "MTP." If this notification does not appear, you can go to your phone's settings, then to the "Developer Options" section, and finally to "USB Configuration Selection" to make your choice. If you do not see the developer options, you will need to enable them by going to "About Phone" and then tapping seven times on "Build Number."
