People are hearing themselves double in the game because of my microphone.
Hello,
I have a problem with my microphone where people can hear themselves echoing through my mic. My headset is a Logitech G Pro, but I had the same issue with my previous headset. The problem occurs when I'm playing games with the mic on, like Phasmophobia or Lethal Company. I think it might be due to my mic's sensitivity being too high. The only solution I have right now is to turn the volume down to the minimum so the mic doesn't pick it up.
Do you have any other solutions, please?
Thank you for your help.

Hello.
Wrong setting for the "local effect" option in the Logitech software.

You adjust the "local effect" until there is an improvement; it's up to you to experiment as there are no general rules.
This can also come from the settings of the software you are communicating on; the causes can be multiple, and there is no universal solution.
The only thing that is somewhat certain is that it's a software issue.
