Le bon coin account blocked due to my phone number.
Good evening,
I had my Le Bon Coin account hacked almost a month and a half ago, and I deleted everything. I decided to create a new account, but I'm stuck at the point where it asks for my phone number because that number is already associated with an account. However, mine has been deleted, so I can no longer create an account, and I can't find a help center that is able to respond to me. Can you help me? ????

I have the same problem and I’m all happy to finally find out how to do it after weeks of hassle. You need to send your ID card, etc., and click at the bottom of the page to submit the request, but THEN... THEY ASK YOU TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, so I don't know who runs this site, but I say BRAVO, I have no words.
