Disable store mode on TCL 43CT25

Hello,

I'm trying to find the "menu" option on my TCL TV to disable the store mode, which was shown when I was in HDMI from my PC. I can't find it on the remote control. In the settings, I don't see it either, so I can't access it as indicated: "Go to the menu by pressing 'MENU' or 'OPTION' on the remote control. Select 'Settings', 'System', then 'Location' using the arrow keys, and press 'OK'. Select 'Home' and confirm by pressing 'OK'. Close the window by pressing the 'MENU' or 'EXIT' button. In the settings gear, the menu or system option does not exist. I no longer have the different modes (sports, game, and computer which I'm mainly interested in) in the 'image' option. I want to find the 'home mode'. What can I do? Thank you

Change to Store or Home mode
1. Press MENU or OPTION on the remote control, select Settings > System > Location and press OK to access.
2. Press (up arrow) (down arrow) to select Home, Shop or Shop with demo and press OK to confirm.
3. Press EXIT or MENU to close the menu.
