CPL Devolo flashing red issue

Where I am, we have 4 powerline adapters, and the one connected to my PC no longer works. I managed to identify that it is indeed my powerline adapter that is not functioning anymore. So I bought a new one, but I can't get the new one to work on my socket. I tried to pair the new powerline adapter, but it keeps blinking red. I don't know what to do. Thank you.

Hello,
try to reconnect everyone on a power strip, it's easier, it avoids having to run around before putting them back in place.
And there you go ....
But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!
Hello,
Your powerline adapters should have a pairing button. Check the manual to see how to pair your adapters.
Hello, a simple modification to the wiring of your electrical devices, or a new one, is enough to disrupt the powerline communication (PLC).
The PLC is not a reliable means of transmission, and it only degrades it... Let's say that in ADSL, it's barely better than nothing... it is also disrupted by WiFi and other similar frequencies...
The quality of the electrical installation in the house plays a big role; extension cords should be banned... Especially if you have fiber...
The best option remains the wired Ethernet RJ45 connection, without further ado.
Try swapping the PLC units to see if another one works... or place it on another 220 outlet and in the first position...
The red blinking light means... Impossible.
Has it ever worked on this PC, in the same location, same outlet...?
Since when has it not been working...? What happened at that time...?
Which model of Devolo is it...?
Bring your PC next to the BOX, within 1 meter, place your Devolo... and get your PC running on the Devolo, with WiFi turned off....
When it works, you can move it to its actual destination... and turn everything back on.
