Philips Netflix Projector

Hello, we have a Philips Neopix Ultra 2 projector

At first, we could watch Netflix without connecting a PC or anything else, it worked well (except that we had to log in each time), and for the past couple of months (2 months), it's been impossible to access Netflix. It's not on the interface, and we can't find a store where we could download the app. Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you in advance

I have not had Netflix since the update on September 28, 2023.

I restored it to factory settings where we found Netflix again.

Unfortunately, we can log into our account, but it is impossible to watch because it says that Netflix is no longer authorized.

Hello,

Netflix is doing everything to annoy people, especially if you're not really subscribed..!!

Moreover, it has changed some things in the coding of its videos.

You must receive your Netflix on another device... than the projector..? What..??

Because the Store and other interfaces are not in the Video projector...

How is this projector connected to the other device..?

If the Store was on a TV (or used to be) and is no longer there, it solely depends on the TV manufacturer... who probably removed it...

Maybe Netflix too.??? There are no rules.

Yes, well, we can't answer on behalf of Netflix... This is an administrative issue with them... furthermore, we don't know your file... Your contract with them.

Initially, it was a problem with the Video Projector... and now we're drifting towards an "Unauthorized" Netflix and you still haven't answered the asked questions...

What did you return to its original Factory..? This is not a technical dialogue...

For the record, Netflix is paid...

Hello,

Experiencing the same issue, I just called Netflix thinking it might be my account, but no, it's indeed our device that's no longer compatible with Netflix.... ????

They told me to check with Philips if they can provide me with an update.

Hello,

Yes, obsolescence doesn't need to be programmed.

Netflix has changed some signals (like a pin code) in the transmission of images that is unique to them... thus, many devices, TVs and others, do not respond favorably and are excluded from the ability to receive Netflix... only.

Here's a brief summary of what you're experiencing. I don't know if a modification to your projector is possible or not..??

Indeed, only the manufacturer can do something, if necessary...

You can also not watch Netflix and use other platforms...
