Hello,

To help future victims like my wife.

You need to go to Mail > Account > (subscription something like that) > click to get details > Delete account

You'll be fine after. The victims must have clicked on a subscription from a malicious site.

Enjoy!!!

Hello,

Try uninstalling the last application or applications you installed just before this problem appeared.

Also, make sure to install all updates from the App Store and iOS.

Hello,

Can you go to Settings > Passwords and check if this server is listed there? If it is, select it and choose Remove Password.

You probably added it inadvertently by visiting a site that displays ads in order to send you sponsored notifications afterwards.

When I go to General (settings with iPhone 12) I can't find the password, is that normal?

Thank you

"Passwords" (formerly "Passwords and Accounts") is located in the main list, alongside "Battery," "Privacy," "App Store," etc.

Hello,

Website tested... https://fr.scamdoc.com/view/1407556

Website trust level: 15%. Not great. Click on "Details"?

I have never been on this site, but it's strange because I downloaded an app, Speedtest, from the Apple Store, and during its installation, it bugged and told me that the site was untrusted and exited everything. And since then, I have this message that keeps appearing.

I don't want to send the rest of the photos, the details that were indicated.
Thank you for your response, sir.

In my opinion, it's a virus that your smartphone has picked up. I don't know enough about the iPhone to give you advice.

I'll leave it to my little friends to help you. Hang tight...

Sorry, I'm really not good in this area. I'm attaching another photo of the suite. What should I do? I tried looking, but I can't find the server.

I can't attach another photo of the end. Sorry.

No, this is the setting for your iPhone's password. The other "Passwords" is identified with a logo of a white key on a gray background. It is usually located just above "Mail".

In this case, we will check the iPhone profiles.

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

Delete the profile associated with this server if present.

If you do not see a profile, try clearing Safari's website data or even resetting your network settings if the issue persists.

  • For Safari, go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
  • To reset network settings, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Only your network settings will be erased (Wifi passwords, etc). Your data will remain unchanged.

Do I need to delete this Norton VPN profile (photo)? And should I also delete it with Safari?

If you are not using a VPN, you can remove it. It may be responsible for the issue. Clear Safari's browsing data if the error message continues to appear. Finally, try resetting the network settings.

The VPN had expired. So I deleted the profile. I also cleared the Safari data. I will see if the problem persists and I will reset the network settings and provide feedback.

Thank you very much for your help. It’s very kind of you.
