Colissimo in transit for 10 days

Hello
I’m posting a message here to ask for help regarding Colissimo.
Indeed, I ordered a football jersey from Tottenham (London) two weeks ago. The expected delivery time was 5 to 8 days. Since May 12, LaPoste continues to tell me that my shipment is in transit on their logistics platforms.
When I contacted them, they replied that I had to ask the sender; I cannot find a way to contact them.
On Tracking Direct (Colissimo in England), I am told that it is held at the arrival exchange office. They do not respond to my messages.
In short, I am lost; I spent almost €100 including customs fees. I await your help.

You say you have paid the customs duties... I didn’t see that the seller had a VAT number in France... In that case, you will have to pay it upon arrival... Generally, the carrier pays it for you and delivers the package once they have been reimbursed...
Check your regular emails and spam... maybe there is a pending payment request before delivery... Be careful about the deletion of unread messages after a certain number of days... some email clients do that.
Hello.
Your tracking number is an international tracking number, so it's not a Colissimo parcel but an international package. You need to check this with the website that sent it to you or with the company responsible for its delivery to France.
You should know that the delivery times provided by the website where you bought this jersey are only indicative. For now, the delay is normal; you should have provided the link to the site where you ordered this jersey.

A hello, a response, and a thank you are always appreciated.
I ordered it from the official site, I don't know if it's based directly in London but I imagine it's in the surroundings.

As you can see, it has been around since December 17, 1999, so in my opinion, you’re worried for nothing; scam sites don’t last for years, they disappear just as quickly as they appear. This site is, in my opinion, reliable.

Hello
Customs duties and taxes may have been paid to customs by La Poste... but perhaps not by the buyer... and La Poste is waiting for reimbursement... it would be surprising if they show up with the risk that the recipient refuses to pay upon delivery... moving costs money!
I've never had a taxed purchase with La Poste, but with FedEx... no money, no delivery!

No, that's not how it works; it is La Poste that collects the customs duties calculated by customs upon delivery of the package, but in no case does it pay the customs duties in advance; the only one who pays them is the recipient of the package. The tracking number of the package ending in SE indicates it comes from Sweden, so there are no customs duties; tracking numbers for packages from England end with GB.
