Problem with tchatche.com and tchatchepass

Hello,
right now I'm having a problem with the site tchatche.com. As soon as I reach the login page, a window appears saying "tchatchepass" and asks for my username and password.
I'm using Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox, and I encounter the same problem with both.
Is there a solution?

    I also have the same problem, for a month now I can no longer log in with my username on tchatche.com, at least I can log in but I can't send or receive messages. Only people who connect with their SFR mobile phones can send me messages, but they don't receive mine. Additionally, whether on Internet Explorer or Mozilla, my window shrinks and only for this site.
    I called my service provider but it’s not on their end.

    They recommended that I download Java from www.java.com, but the problem persists, so if anyone can also provide me with a solution, thank you in advance.

    Since you changed the chat, I've been having trouble connecting; I have to try 30 to 40 times before I can connect. This is not normal.

      Salut à tous ceux et toutes celles qui rencontrent des problèmes de connexion sur le site tchatche.com depuis leur changement de présentation. J'ai trouvé la solution, en fait c'est très simple, il faut changer de version d'Internet Explorer, il faut installer la 7... dernière sur le site Microsoft. Moi maintenant ça marche nickel, essayez vous verrez. Allez, bye.

    Salut, je n'arrive plus à me connecter sur le chat, la page reste sur mon pseudo et mon mot de passe malgré que je tape entrée, et cela depuis aujourd'hui. Merci à celui ou celle qui a la solution à ce problème.

    Je me suis inscrit à Tchathe.com, ils me disent que je vais recevoir l'activation du compte sur mon adresse MSN. Ça fait 4 jours que je l'attends... est-ce normal?
