I am posting this message to get information about the One Piece shop Mugiwara-shop.com. Is it reliable? If you have already purchased from the site and are satisfied with your order, I would be interested in your feedback.

I have already contacted customer service and received a response within 24 hours. That's already a good sign, but you can never be too careful.

It would be a great addition to my collection which already includes many other items related to the world of One Piece. I hope to soon have the chance to own this unique and incredibly realistic figurine that will surely do justice to my collection! ^^

    Didn't see a # SIRET in the Legal Notices.. But after some research, we found the site registered with the RCS:

    Societe.com: RCS, SIRET, SIREN, balance sheet, free information about businesses in the Trade and Companies Register (RNCS)

    So it's a legal company under French law, the Client is protected by French Codes..

    As for the rest (shipping speed, quality of products..) we can't say. It's probably a 'dropshipping' operation, we hope it's well managed!

    The fact that customer service is responsive is a good point!

    Warning! There exists/existed another site with an almost identical name (ending in .fr) which would be fraudulent..

      I just want to thank you for your help. I wanted to give some feedback on my experience ^^

      As you know, I recently bought the One Piece Luffy figurine from this One Piece Mugiwara Shop and I received it well. I have to say that I am very satisfied. The quality of the figurine is excellent, the details are incredible, and the effort put in by the manufacturer to create such a well-made figurine is evident. The color and design of the figurine match the character exactly, which gives it a very authentic look.

      The movements are flexible and the level of detail is impressive. The base provided helps to maintain the figurine's position and it looks very stable. Moreover, the price is reasonable considering its quality and size. This product is a great addition to my collection and I highly recommend this One Piece Luffy figurine to all manga fans or toy collectors.

        Hello

        I also ordered a Chopper Barbapapa figurine from them, which took almost 3 weeks to arrive, I’m really disappointed.

        It arrived in an envelope, so no box, no license, the figurine is broken, poorly painted; for my part, it's from AliExpress. What’s strange is that they don’t have any stock issues with the figurines compared to the real websites.
