Keyboard keys stuck / numbers are fine

Hello,

It is impossible to type the letters of the password as soon as I start my ASUS computer. When I type the letters, nothing appears! But the numeric keypad works. So I can't enter my code to open my PC!

Hello, once your computer is on, perform a hard shutdown by holding the button for 30 seconds and see what happens.
