Alcatel F685 duo phone shows BUSY

My Alcatel F685 duo landline phone shows OCCUPIED when I make a call, but I can receive calls just fine. I have turned my box off and on again, but the same problem persists. Do you have a solution? Otherwise, it's going in the trash.

Hello,
First of all:
- Completely disconnect the base of this phone (telephone line and power supply).
- Remove the batteries from both handsets.
- Wait a good minute, then put everything back in place (pay attention to the battery polarities)
If that doesn't solve the issue, try resetting the Livebox by cutting its power supply for a minute before turning it back on.
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there... -
