No sound on LG 42 TV. detection of a wired headset
Solvedpat-lo -
my TV is permanently detecting wired headphones, so there's no sound. I've tried a bunch of tricks but without success. I'm a bit at a loss.

Hello, the TV is from the brand LG and the reference is 42LD420-2A. I have patience; it's been 3 days since it's been opened on the table and I've been trying various things online. Before giving up, I'm making an attempt on CCM.
Thanks in advance to anyone who could help me progress.
Have you attempted a factory reset of this TV?
I found the user manual for the 42LD420-2A ==>

You should check the audio options to reactivate the TV speakers.
See you...

Hello,
The micro-switch in the headphone jack is stuck or obstructed by a foreign object.
Try to extract this foreign object (compressed air can or something else).
It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there... -
Finally, I have partially resolved my issue with the headphone detection being constant, resulting in a sound cut-off on the TV. By dismantling the motherboard, I tested the headphone jack and noticed that the contacts of the jack were stuck. I couldn’t permanently separate them, so I inserted a piece of plastic, like a parcel strap, pointed at one end. The sound returned, but the jack is inoperative (we can do without it). My TV is working again.
A big thank you to everyone who replied and helped me move forward in my search. I will return to CCM :) but as late as possible.
