I am looking for sound card drivers for HP Compaq dc7100 SFF(DX878AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Pro 32 bit
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz

Hello.
The hardware is too old; no drivers have been developed for Windows 7, the last driver is only compatible with XP and Vista, try the Vista driver.
