ContributorIf you have already "purchased" GarageBand with the same Apple ID, you need to go to the "Purchases" section in the App Store. You will be offered the version compatible with High Sierra:
If you haven't "purchased" it yet, you need to first get it on a recent Mac (for example, by using a neighbor's or friend's Mac) with your Apple ID to then find yourself on your Mac in the situation described above.
