Certicode+ code not received.

Hello,
I have a big problem: when I want to confirm a purchase on my smartphone, I'm asked to enter the "certicode +" code sent by SMS.
However, how do I go to my SMS to read this code and come back to the page where I need to enter it?
When I leave the page asking for the code to read my SMS, I return to the start on the site, and each time I get sent a new code..... and it’s endless. In fact, I don't know how to put the site page on hold (without closing it) to go and retrieve the code, and come back to the site at the place where I need to copy the code....
If you could help me with this manipulation, you would save my life!!!!!!

Otherwise, it would also help me if I could read my SMS on my computer, but it's so complicated to connect my smartphone to the computer, I have to DOWNLOAD apps AGAIN on both the PC and the smartphone.....

Thank you a thousand times for your help, which I am eagerly awaiting. Kind regards,

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 100.0

Hello,

The manipulation may vary depending on the phones and their software versions. An example for Android:
  • launch a browser and go to a website
  • with the small round icon at the bottom of the screen, bring up the phone's home screen
  • check the SMS
  • with the small square icon at the bottom of the screen, display the current applications
  • in the list we have the different open applications and we choose the browser that returns to the page where we were typing

It doesn't work for me, it's exactly the situation described in the question. You need to access the SMS via the notification bar (at the top with the reception bars and wifi symbols, Twitter...) by placing your finger on it and sliding it down. The SMS is displayed, you read the code, and you go back to the page via the small square.

Hello,

It largely depends on the phone used.. (brand/model...)
most allow switching from one app to another without closing them...

Ah ok!!! Thank you so much, jee pee! I actually have the same setup on my smartphone, but I didn't know how to use that circle and that square. Now I know. I'm going to give it a try. How could you guess that? I didn’t find anything on Google that could help me.
If my trial doesn’t work, I’ll come back to this thread. Have a great day!

This is called the navigation bar. It has 3 buttons corresponding to: back, home, and switch app. In fact, once written, it seems obvious ;-)

Thank you very much for your help, I never would have managed alone. This forum is really magical. You are so lucky to know all this, I wish you all the best, and again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
