Forbidden DTD error notepad++

Hello, I need to create a linked XML file and DTD, and Notepad++ always tells me "DTD forbidden" ...
The XML file is in the same folder as the DTD.
I also tried with "test" examples from the internet and I still get this error ...
If anyone knows why, it would save me, thank you in advance.

In the DOCTYPE you wrote sitography with a lowercase s.

Your indentation needs to be reviewed.
