Hello, I have a Gigaset AL170H phone. When I'm called, I can hear the person on the phone but they can't hear me.

    Have you turned the device off and then back on to check?
    On other models, there is an option to mute the microphone, but normally not on this one
    It can be done with the central navigation button (there are two white dots in this case), by pressing it to the right
    On this model, there aren't normally two white dots...

      Either the microphone on your phone isn't working, or the speaker on your correspondent's phone isn't working.

        If this device is connected to a box, reset it.
