How to delete your credit card and account on joom.com?

Aside from the fact that the general terms of this service are legally limited, here is how to contact them, as apparently there is nothing to close your account. Which is also illegal.

If you have any questions regarding the Service, you are requested to contact Joom's customer service using the address support@joom.com.

To close our Joom account, please send an email to support@joom.com with the subject “Please delete my Joom.com account” and the message “Permanently delete my joom.com account“. Let's write our email address on joom.com

PS: you can also ask your bank to block payments from this company.

Joom is a real scam site; they stole 585 euros from me. The DPD delivery driver never delivered my order, and he committed forgery by pretending to be my caretaker and signing in his place. Joom does not take any responsibility; they tell you that they will pass you the DPD delivery link, and you’re on your own with them, but it's not the individual's job to resolve the situation. Also, DPD never responds.
