Hello,
Here’s the procedure to follow:
- Turn off your phone
- Restart it.
- As soon as the screen lights up, press and hold the POWER button and keep holding the volume down button.
- And wait for the safe mode to start.
And there you go!
PS: If it doesn’t work, try again several times (you really need to be quick and press when the screen lights up)

Well, I tried to start it in safe mode but I can't manage to, I keep letting go of the Volume - button X)
But I think there's an application to blame:
1 - Discord. The night before the crash, I had joined a server, I turned off the phone. But the next day I wanted to turn it back on and it keeps rebooting in a loop.
2 - I've heard that there have been quite a few hacks lately. Did I get my phone hacked? (Knowing that the one I'm currently using has the same account as the other)
What do you think?

If you want to restart your phone, do this, but you will lose all your data:
Force restart the mobile:
Press the power and volume down buttons for 10 seconds.
The mobile will turn back on and automatically proceed to a reset.

I think it's a soft reset, but I'm not sure. In any case, you have no choice; your phone won't start anymore.

From what you're telling me, it's loading the applications, but it's not starting up in your space, right?
Your phone needs to have the ROM flashed again because it is damaged. You need to take your phone to a repair shop; they will do that.

But how do you know the ROM is damaged?
Because if that were not the case, once the applications were loaded, your phone should have started if the ROM was functional.
And the only way for your phone to start is to flash the ROM.

In principle, she cannot.
At least not by herself. It can happen precisely if you fiddle with a flashed version, like a non-original one. We can't rule out a technical failure, but it's very (very) rare if it was working before and nothing has been tampered with.
Since I read above that the phone starts, seems to update, then crashes and loops, I think it's more of an issue with an update that is going wrong. Or maybe it’s that Discord that messed everything up.
But if that were the case, the reset suggested above should reset everything to zero, whether Discord is involved or not.
If the reset doesn't work either, you're in a tough spot unfortunately, but it remains strange. -

Actually, to start with, I joined a server (do you want to know?), I turned it off for the night. The next day, it restarts in a loop. At first, I thought it was a battery issue. Having another SAMSUNG Galaxy J5 (2016), I swapped the batteries, but nothing. I tried to turn it on while plugged into my PS4 (I don't really want to charge it on a power supply because once I got an electric shock) but still nothing (should I test it on the original power supply?). I also thought it might be my 256GB micro-SD card (for Nintendo Switch, yellow micro-SD card with a Super Star from Super Mario) but again, nothing. I thought about restarting my phone in covered mode but nothing happened. Or even turning it off in the same mode but absolutely nothing (I turned it on immediately, I didn't wait). I tried to install the update on the micro-SD card but I can't manage to do it (:'D). I did the Wipe Cache Partition but no, that doesn't work. I removed the battery and the micro-SD card (knowing that the SIM card is in another smartphone) but nothing works. Also, there's a problem with the POWER button; when I don't hold down the POWER button, it still turns on.
I've provided all possible details, so if you think it's the ROM or something else, please let me know =) -
I'm not sure all these tests were relevant since you pointed out that the phone starts anyway. So it's not electrical.
The fact that it starts, so the OS starts, and then according to you it loops on updates shows that it's stuck in an update cycle.
The only solution in such a case is to charge the phone (turned off), once charged, to start it in Factory Recovery mode; for Samsung, it's usually the power button + the Volume + or -. Although for the J5 this is said
Check the manual to confirm. This allows to start over with a clean installation (here, absolute data recovery should be avoided).
If all that doesn't work, then it's in a very bad state. Maybe the ROM is damaged, but again, it's more than rare. -
