    Hello.
From a distance, it's hard to see precisely, but in my opinion, you must have made some wiring errors.

Okay, but did you correctly connect the case cables (USB port, etc.) to the motherboard?

    Good evening,

Are you referring to the power supply unit (PSU) or the case of your computer? (I assume it's the latter)

You might have a grounding issue (something that happened to me a few years ago). I invite you to perform the following operation:

    - Turn off your computer
    - Unplug the power cable
    - Press and hold the power button for about twenty seconds to eliminate any electrostatic charge trapped in your motherboard and to discharge the power supply fan as well
    - Open your PC and remove your RAM. Get a clean, dry toothbrush and gently brush to dislodge any dust or debris obstructing the contact. Reinsert your RAM "correctly"
    - Plug your power cable back in
    - Start your computer and access the BIOS (Delete, I suppose, since you didn't mention the model and brand of your motherboard)
    - Menu "Advanced" > "Onboard Devices" > "Integrated Peripherals" > "USB Controller" Check that everything is "Enabled"

    Otherwise

    - Place spacers that lift your motherboard as some cases have flat walls creating direct electrical contact with your motherboard

    Otherwise (PSU)

    - It may be that your power supply unit is faulty or insufficient to properly power the peripherals connected to your motherboard. I suggest borrowing a 750W power supply and see what the results are

Unless I made a mistake, I can't tell you more for now, good luck.

Hello, thank you for your response. My motherboard is a B450M DS3H
I changed my case and PSU, I switched from 550W to 700W. I'm sorry, I forgot to specify that my new PSU is a Cooler Master.

    Hello,

Leak currents are not good for electronic equipment... But does that mean the PC case is not grounded...? Either the house outlets don't have a ground or there are power strips that cut the ground connection... that would be a point to monitor...

Beyond that, it is also possible that the motherboard mounting screws are too long or require an insulating washer... between the board and the chassis...

It is also possible that a ground fault from another appliance in the house (fridge, oven, boiler, toaster, etc...) is failing to ground and is transferring its leak onto the house ground... and finds its way through your PC (This is not good at all)

One must be aware that small leaks are not sufficient to trip the circuit breaker, especially the older ones... but enough to cause a tickle.

An accessory plugged into the USB ports that draws too much current can be the cause of bringing all the other outlets to their knees...

If I understand correctly, this PC is a very recent build...? that has not yet proven itself...

In my room, I don't have a ground connection
I've had the PC since 2019 and I wanted to change my case and my power supply, and since I changed them, I can't use the ports anymore

Do you think that's the issue?

Yes, the coincidence is too big with the case change...

You must have USB ports attached to the motherboard and accessible at the back of the PC, right?? Do they work...

-- In your case + PSU change, you may have made mistakes in some connections...

-- You may also have made mechanical assembly errors; with the screws for example, which could be causing a circuit to touch the ground

-- Your photo is overexposed, we can't read what's written at the bottom on the motherboard... I think the error must be around this USB connector, which is not properly connected or is upside down, right??
You should unplug it... turn on the PC... and then see if the USB ports at the back work??

-- A photo without flash but indirectly lit would be preferable and more focused on the relevant part... With a real camera, you can zoom in on it... it's less obvious with a smartphone.

        No USB port works
        Remove the USB 3.0?
        Or the F_USB1?

Yes, but you haven't answered the other questions..

I see an empty F_USB2 port and an occupied F_USB3 port...

I think it would be better to prioritize the functioning of the USB2 for now

I even have the impression that your USB cable is not plugged in at all.. here are the connections and on the F_USB2 connector, there is nothing plugged in so your ports are not working

You must have plugged in the USB3 thinking it would be better...! But with errors so reassess the situation and get the USB2 working first...

Here is the DOC in English that is much more detailed

Ok thanks, I'll take a look
      But the f_usb2
And the f_usb3.0 don't have the same pins
And I put an extension with the three wires: neutral, earth, phase

I think your case is the problem... it probably doesn't have the same number and type of USB ports

Give the exact reference of this case..? and the link where you bought it..??

There might be hidden or missing cables... to solve this, you might have to do some DIY..?

It is clearly stated in the motherboard manual:
    - Do not connect the IEEE 1394 (2x5 pins) support cable to the USB 2.0/1.1 port.
    - Before installing the USB support, make sure to turn off your computer and unplug the power cord from the outlet to avoid damaging the USB support.

I believe that on these cases, you have two USB2 ports and one USB3 port (blue color)... provide details on this point... possibly the documentation for this case... where these ports are, how many there are, etc... and the wiring from the case to the motherboard...?
The Amazon link is commercial, it does not provide any technical details about the case.

In my opinion, behind these ports, cables are going out... two or three... the cable from the blue USB port goes to the USB_3 port on the motherboard... and there should be another cable or dual cable coming from the USB_2 ports that is not connected to the motherboard... or connected in the wrong place... For example, the IEEE 1394 port which has the same number of pins... or the F_USB1 which should not be used here with this motherboard... you must have made a mistake...
You should have taken photos beforehand..

Regarding the photo, the writing on the motherboard is always illegible due to the lighting that flashes... you need lighting with a bulb, but not a flash..

You say you have also changed the power supply... are all the cables properly connected, securely plugged into their slots..? Is it a power supply with output connectors/ports...?

        Hi
What did you connect in the first photo? (the one at the top)
Because it's the front panel, nothing to do with the USB........

OK, I think your problem is in there... like the buttons of the jacket.. Cousin and cousin..

So the F_AUDIO connects well to the HD_AUDIO jack
TPM is not occupied and the series is not either

    F_USB2 goes with USB
    F_USB1 remains empty
F_USB3 can stay unconnected for the moment..

The CONTROL PANEL jack receives several connections... SPK = Speaker, the LEDs, power button, reset... HD = hard drive LED

I see in the last photo at the bottom, there is a small intermediary board that taps into several connections... What is that exactly..?? because once again, we can't read...
I'm surprised you don't have a schematic of the setup...???

There is still important information we don't know:

Does the power button work..?? and the LED..?? and the reset..?? And the speaker..??

And also Windows, aside from the USB..??

and the USB at the back..?? and the Ethernet network connection..?

The power button activates when I press it, the LED lights up. I don't know about the reset, I can't see because I have no signal on my screens. The speaker in my tower? Otherwise, my regular speakers don't work at all.
When I plug in my Ethernet cable, the orange and green lights don't work.
The intermediate card is my fan.

Once I do that, my wiring will be good overall, and my power connectors are tightly secured. I'm sure of it. So the problem is the case panel then?

I suspect that the power supply is not clean either... that's a lot of things not working...

It's quite possible that the processor is not powered and that nothing works... I'm thinking about the ATX_12v connector, is it properly connected..?? is there 12 volts on it..?? would it be possible to have a photo of this connector in place..?

-- Do the keyboard lights turn on when you power it up..??

-- If it doesn't improve at all, I suggest you replace this power supply with the one from your old case and go through the checks with this new PSU..

I managed to get my ports working from my motherboard and my graphics card; I just pressed the LED button several times, and everything got weird. Thank you for helping me anyway, a very good community.

It's like a heart attack, you never know... it could be tomorrow or never..

That said, I've read some things that I don't quite understand, regarding your box here is the link to this DOC.. Chap.4

    https://spiritofgamer.com/gb/index.php?controller=attachment&id_attachment=95

There are different functions with the LED button, depending on whether you press it for 3 seconds or 5 seconds, etc...

And, in my opinion, from the beginning, the problem has been there, due to the lack of understanding of these subtleties of the box... and the timing of the LED button...

Yes, it was clearly here, it was the LEDs, but the manual is quite strange and there is little detail. Good case but could be more detailed.

    Thank you for this feedback.

I think the supplier of the case buys and installs this LED board... and doesn't know how it works...??

If there is a trademark on this LED board, it may be possible to find explanations on the manufacturer's website..?? (maybe)

Hello, when I bought the case, they gave me two manuals. The first manual explains the components in my PC: motherboard, graphics card, processor, etc. and the second talked about how to install it into the PC step by step. The LED information in the manual is quite vague, with very little explanation.
