SSD not detected by BIOS or Windows after removal

Hello,

I performed periodic cleaning of my OMEN 17 -w025nf laptop. But after reassembling, my SSD X400 M.2 2280 128GB, on which the boot partition is installed, is no longer recognized by either my BIOS or any OS booted from USB keys.
The SSD shows no physical defects; it doesn't appear to be damaged. The same goes for the motherboard. The connection pins do not seem to be damaged.

No diagnostic utility I used can detect the drive (neither the BIOS, nor Windows installed on a USB key, nor Ubuntu in test mode on a USB key).

I’m thinking of buying an M.2 SSD to USB adapter to manage to see my drive in a file explorer.

What should I do? Any other solutions?

    Hello,

    Not seen by the BIOS, that doesn't look good...
    Indeed, try connecting it to a dock or another machine to see if the issue is with it or the PC...

    Well, he was indeed dead.. I never managed to detect it on a document or another PC.
    It gave me a good excuse to buy another one.
