No sound on new Teclast F15 laptop

Hello,
I purchased a Teclast TECLAST F15 Plus Laptop, 15.6" Portable PC, Intel Celeron N4120, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Full HD IPS 1080P, 4K, Quad Core, 64 Bits,
new and installed dual boot Ubuntu 20.04, everything works except the sound, I have read quite a few posts but haven't found a solution.
It shouldn't be anything major because in pavucontrol the sound bar moves... in the sound settings I have either fixed output or HDMI...
audio chip
Model 00:0e.0 Multimedia audio controller: Intel Corporation Device 3198 (rev 06)
chipset 00-03: Generic Digital: Generic Digital: playback 1
Any help would be appreciated..
Configuration: Linux / Firefox 93.0
