Hello,
Since the migration to iOS 15, a gray square appears on the left, equidistant from the top and bottom of the screen. It regularly activates this part of the screen and prevents using the apps by randomly clicking on this area. What should be done? This concerns a simple iPhone 11.

It seems more like an issue with your iPhone.

- Briefly press the volume up button,
- Briefly press the volume down button,
- Hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
If the problem persists, try restoring your iPhone using iTunes:
- Connect the iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
- Create a backup of your data,
- After the backup, click on Restore iPhone,
- Once the restoration is complete, choose to restore your backup.
