Hello,

I have an iPad running iOS 10.3.3 and I need to upgrade to iOS 11 for compatibility with the installation of Crédit Mutuel. What should I do as it indicates that I am up to date when I go to settings and update?
Thank you for your response
Yves

Configuration: iPad / Safari 10.0

Hello,

Operating system updates (iOS) are offered automatically; you can search for them by going to "Settings"
=> If it says that everything is up to date, then it is "up to date."
=> This means that your iOS is considered "obsolete" by Apple
=> The latest version on the market will not install (September 2021: iOS 15).

To continue installing applications, there is a trick.
CCM article:

If the manipulation is done correctly, here's what it looks like (except for case 1/) :

As soon as it's in "Purchases" (a list of all downloads):

1/ It still shows a compatibility message; as soon as you see the word "requires" it means that the application did not exist at the time of the creation of the iOS present on your device, or that the previous versions of the application have been removed from the App Store (for technical reasons, I hope...).

2/ It installs successfully and everything works perfectly.

3/ It installs, however, without the latest versions, the application is unusable after installation!

4/ It installs but works with difficulty (frequent crashes).
