Outlook in English, more options in French? [group topic]

Good news, this morning my inbox switched back to French. To do this, go to settings, click on "View all Outlook settings," then click on "General" and "Language & time." And there, miracle, in the list that appears, you can once again choose the language that suits you.

My Hotmail account is also in English and the French language has disappeared from the language directory.

Same: on my PC it's in English and on my Samsung smartphone it's in French... I checked that MSN and my Microsoft account were indeed in French.

For the past two days, my Outlook inbox has switched to English and no other language is offered to me. I can't do anything to return to French.

Same problem, and of course to write to microsoft outlook, you have to hang on to find the address because obviously they offer you to write but you end up on a FAQ.

We are many to have this problem and not much is happening. I suggested that everyone write to Microsoft support; maybe that will get things moving. ***@***
