Having completely broken my phone, I'm trying to reinstall Word Blitz but I can't connect to my original game. When I reinstall the game, I can create a new account with the same name but without the progress. I can play against my old self since it appears. Does anyone have a bright idea on how I can recover my game and my game contacts? Thank you very much!
Since my old phone is absolutely dead, I can't retrieve my ID.

After having to delete the app, I am in the same situation as Agcd. I reinstalled the WordBlitz game with the same player name today, 03/08/2021. But of course, without the possibility to enter the game ID, the counter resets automatically to ZERO!
Not normal at all
What can be done to recover the TRUE counter?
I was at 544 cups.
