Hello,

How can I define the comma on the numeric keypad without going through: Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Additional Settings

Because it doesn't work.

    Hello
    with the numeric keypad you can only have the dot, not the comma
    the comma is typed using the regular keys on the keyboard
