League of Legends cannot initialize the display device.

Hello,

I am using Windows 10 Pro and LoL gives me the message 'unable to initialize display device' EVERY single match
which penalizes me because the game tells me I shouldn't be penalizing the experience of other players, etc., and puts me in low priority queue.......
outrageous!!!
It’s been two months that it’s been like this and nothing has been done by Rito.

I've left messages on support.

So I’m trying here to see if someone has a viable solution.
