I just received a watch from this brand for Christmas and I'm very disappointed. The strap that's supposed to be pink is brown and of very poor quality. There are air bubbles under the screen as if there was still a protective layer, but there isn't. The dial is huge and not feminine at all. I just saw that returns are impossible if the watch has been used. The watch drains in less than 24 hours... I get a notification for every step not taken... in short, stay away!
Hello, I also bought the Eko fashion watch on Showroomprive.Com. It's actually more of a Christmas gift from my husband. It's indeed very low quality. It doesn't transfer any data at all. Be careful not to buy this kind of product on showroom. They will never help you.

One is a total scam and since the 14-day period has passed (yes, it’s Christmas, you don’t try on gifts), I can’t return it.
Now they ask me to send them back under warranty, at my own expense of course, and with the mandatory receipt.
However, of course, they don’t provide you with any receipts, no serial numbers either.
Honestly, when I see all the comments, I’m disappointed with the supplier (who is clearly a scammer) but especially with shoroowprivé for allowing this to happen.

It's really crap, the battery doesn't last 2 days, nothing is reliable, neither calories nor cardio, it's overpriced, equivalent to a connected bracelet for 30 euros, I'm really very disappointed.

On Showroomprive.com, I bought the Eko Inspire smart watch for women for €65: it is supposedly sold for €235 on the Eko website! Clearly, even at €65, I find it not worth a quarter of that.
I am very disappointed. I liked the design. But the advertised features are not there at all.
And those that seem to work are completely falsified: I went on a hike and climbed a 500m elevation, and the heart rate showed 70 bpm at the peak of the climb! And the blood pressure never exceeded 12/8...????
As for the sleep tracker, if I watch TV, it thinks I'm sleeping, even in deep sleep! As a result, it reports very good or excellent nights 2 hours longer than reality...
Finally, after taking a little stroll in my garden one morning, I found myself rewarded with a score of 10,000 steps!
In short, a brand to avoid, even if it has been offered several weeks in a row on Showroomprive. Too bad, I had never had to complain about my purchases on this site until now.

I am following up on my previous complaint. After providing my order number to the Showroomprive (SRP) customer service, I received instructions and an invoice to return the watch to the supplier. As the supplier had not responded after several days, I contacted SRP again, which promptly followed up with the supplier and quickly provided me with a response: since repair and replacement were not possible, SRP refunded me the entire amount.
I will not be purchasing another watch from the Eko brand, but I acknowledge that SRP's customer service is excellent.
