How to find the country of origin of a product you want to buy on Amazon?
Solved/Closed
Hello,
First of all, I am new to CCM, and I would like to know if I have chosen the right section to ask my question, which is as follows:
Is it possible to find the origin of the products I want on Amazon?
The main reason for my request is that I am trying to come up with a strategy to temporarily avoid sourcing products that would be shipped from China, Taiwan, Thailand, or Korea as much as possible. I would appreciate it if I am not judged or questioned about this personal choice.
Thank you very much for your help!

ModeratorHello
No judgment, but it's not going to be easy, especially on Amazon.
First of all, because quite a few of their products come from those countries, and secondly, because even the "stores" or even "European" brands rely on those countries for either complete or partial manufacturing.
Perhaps except for food, but that’s not really their focus either. But for example, in "technology," almost everything comes from that area, even what you buy in stores.
Either it's a well-known brand, and you’ll have to inquire directly about that brand, or it's a multitude of sub-brands, and that’s when it gets very complicated to investigate.

ModeratorHi,
When I buy on eBay, I always know where it comes from, no questions asked.
On Amazon, I think you have to ask. -
Wow, I didn't expect to get a quick response like that! First of all, thank you so much! These two answers, which are more than enough for me, were necessary to fully address my question as I had hoped. With that, for me the question is settled, and thanks again!
I will now mark it as "resolved."
