Hello,
Since my Gmail inbox is filled with websites sending me emails and for security reasons,
I wanted to know if there is a way to find out which websites are using my email and if I can delete my email (therefore my account) from these sites.

It is not really possible to list all the sites that have your email address...
The easiest ones to find are those where you have created an account... generally, you just need to log in to access your personal space, which often allows you to manage the use of your email address...
Often in the emails they send, there is an unsubscribe or email management link that works... which is of course not the case for spam sites... who only use that link to validate the existence of the address, which will then be even more spammed...
On those same sites - where you had created an account, even if you no longer have access to it, they often have a contact form allowing you to request - provided you provide certain proof that the address is indeed yours, to delete the mailings...
And even if you don't have all the elements, if you have archived your emails, there has often been a confirmation email of your subscription which also includes methods for unsubscribing...
Then, there are all the others, on one hand those to which you are "simply subscribed" to a newsletter without having an account... (there, the unsubscription is linked to the goodwill of the site...) and worse, all those to which you may have found yourself subscribed more or less unbeknownst to you... depending on whether your address was provided by a site to which you disclosed it and which unscrupulously sold it to others (and so site by site...) or just as simply, because you forgot to uncheck a box stating something like "benefit from information from partner sites," and thus your address was also widely distributed from site to site...
In short... it's never really a done deal...

Sorry to spam, but it seems that my regular account has been deleted/disabled. Password refused, reset doesn't work either, I’m not receiving any email even though the email works, it was still working this afternoon, it smells fishy.
I had to create a backup account to manage to contact someone.
Could you check my account and/or see with noc what’s going on?
