    Hello, I was wondering the exact same thing. I did my research (it's very easy to find reviews on this site) and there are almost only negative reviews, so I will unfortunately avoid buying from this site.

      Unreliable site. My coffee table arrived damaged. I sent photos. No response since. They simply told me they would take it up with the carrier while I explained that it arrived perfectly packaged.. since then the company has been silent.

        Some rules to follow before ordering from a site:

        1- Look for reviews online.
        2- Check at the bottom of the page if the REQUIRED legal notices are present, see THIS PAGE.
        Simple rule: NO LEGAL NOTICES, NO ORDER.
        3- Check if a postal address is provided along with a phone number and email to contact the site in case of an issue.
        4- If a postal address is listed, verify if this address exists on https://www.google.com/maps/
        5- Go to this site, enter the homepage address of the site you want to order from to see its location and age.
        6- When ordering from a foreign site, remedies in case of issues are often impossible.
        7- Very low prices are a sign of counterfeit goods of very poor quality and sometimes scams (you never receive the items).

          Fraudulent site. I strongly advise against it. Order for a bed placed in February still not received, ridiculous delays. As of today, bed available on their site and delivered within 14 days??? I call incognito to find out if it's really available and if I can pick it up on-site. I'm told that yes, it is available because they sell it every day ???????? but I have to place an order online with fees ???? and they will reduce them?
          Then wait for an email to pick it up which will never arrive.

            Beware! Absolutely scandalous!!!
            Product ordered on 05/05/2022 (closed fireplace).
            Delivery after many calls and emails on 15/06/2022 (40 days) for a product in stock...
            Delivery between 12:00 and 14:00, the packaging was in good condition.
            Upon unpacking, broken glass, and broken aluminum smoke pipe connection fitting.
            AZURA HOME DESIGN is opposing a supposed delivery procedure (of their own), which was notified to me on 31/05/2022, that is, 26 days after the order validation....
            THEY MAKE THE RULES AS THEY WANT, WHEN THEY WANT!!!
            Absolutely to be avoided!!!!!
            The file is going straight to my lawyer.

              The delivery time is very long, it took 3 months of waiting, but the product, when it arrived, is of good quality. I am satisfied with my order.
