    Hello,

    This is what is called a BLOD (Blue Light Of Death).

    The PS4 BLOD corresponds to the appearance of the blue LED that gently blinks when the console is turned on. However, the console remains stuck on this blue light and does not send any signal to the TV. You see nothing displayed. It is impossible to access safe mode or restart the console. Generally, the PS4 eventually turns off, or you have to unplug it forcibly. Hence its name, the Blue Light Of Death.
